Not to be confused with Koopa Beach, a court in Mario Hoops 3-on-3.
A 3-on-3 Basketball match at Koopa Troopa Beach

Koopa Troopa Beach is one of fourteen playable courts in Mario Sports Mix. It is a beach-themed court similar to its precedent counterpart from Mario Hoops 3-on-3, Koopa Beach. All sports can be played in this court, a trait shared with many other courts. Birdos, Koopa Troopas, Miis and Piantas are all shown in the background.

The main feature of this court are the constant waves, which brings both Green Shells and Coins to use for the players. There are no features that can directly harm players in this stage. On a side note, ? Panels never appear in this court regardless of settings. This makes Green Shells the only available items here.

In basketball, volleyball, and dodgeball, Koopa Troopa Beach is the second court in the Mushroom Cup, and can be played from the start. However, the hockey version is part of the Extra Cup, and the player has to unlock it by using alternate paths in the Hockey Tournament Mode.

Aside from Western Junction, Koopa Troopa Beach is the only course that changes the volleyball color in its namesake sport, and specifically changes it to blue.
