Located Various

An inn is a location featured in several Mario role-playing games, with their first appearance being in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Mario and his partners can sleep at an inn, usually for a fee, so they can recover all of their HP and FP.

In Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, an inn can be identified with a little star in the front, and many are close to an Item Shop. The price varies by location, with later inns generally costing more coins to stay at.

Locations

The first inn is at the Mushroom Kingdom, and it costs only one coin to stay at.

The next inn is at Rose Town, and the characters can sleep here for free. It is also where Geno is restored, and Link can be found sleeping here after Geno becomes a party member.

The third inn is at Moleville, and sleeping here costs ten coins.

The inn at Marrymore, named the Marrymore Hotel, has two rooms, with the regular one costing ten coins to stay at, like in Moleville, while the suite room costs 200 coins. Choosing the suite room allows Mario's party to earn additional items. The first time the party decides to sleep in the suite room earns them a Flower Tab, while the third stay earns them a Flower Jar, and lastly the fifth stay earns them a Frog Coin. The suite room also has room service offering a Pick Me Up, costing 10 coins, or a Kerokero Cola, costing 150 coins. If Mario stays more consecutive nights in the suite room after paying only once, he is charged 100 coins per each additional night that he stayed. If Mario cannot pay it off, he is forced to work as a bellhop for a while.

The fourth inn is at Seaside Town, and it costs 15 coins to stay at.

The fifth inn is at Nimbus Land, and it costs 30 coins to stay at.

At Barrel Volcano, Hinopio runs his own makeshift inn which, like Nimbus Land, costs 30 coins to stay at. It only consists of crates for Mario and company to sleep on.
